I just want to take a minute to thank SERVPRO of Woodbury/Deptford .  We had a pipe break at our Restaurant,  and SERVPRO sent a crew out to clean everything up.  The restaurant Contents and Structure were saved, cleaned and restored. We will recommend you to anyone who needs help after any event.  For anyone who is reading this, please know that SERVPRO of Woodbury/Deptford has an amazing staff that showed me that they truly care about me and my property.   They took the time to answer all of my questions and they dealt directly with my insurance company.  They really did make it like it never even happened.

We had grease and smoke throughout the facility.  The following day they scheduled two (2) technicians to come out to clean and perform all of the services they had quoted me in the estimate.   Previously when I took photos off of my walls there was an outline from the soot, but now it is so clean it looks like it was just painted.  It was such a pleasure having this company perform the fire and smoke damage cleaning. I am a Property Manager, and was referred to the SERVPRO franchise owned by Scott O Donnell off of rte 47 in Westville. I cannot say enough good about the work he and his men did for me. They were professional and helpful, got in and did the work without wasting any time. Came back daily as promised to check the drying progress and did not leave their equipment any longer than absolutely necessary. They kept me informed of what they were doing and did not remove or take anything to the dump that was not authorized by me first. The owner went toe to toe with the insurance company to make sure they paid for mold damage that was discovered when he removed wet insulation. He took photos of the damage to prove what needed to be done. The crew was consistently monitor their equipment and logging everything that happened. After three water and sewer disasters in a couple of weeks, I was very happy to deal with a professional outfit that worked as hard as they work. And they worked around my schedule so it was done at my convenience. Not one minute was wasted and I have no complaints. People that had bad experiences with other franchises should not assume they are all bad. Scott and his men were the best I could have ever hoped for to clean up my Commercial Property so I could have it properly repaired. I would highly recommend this SERVPRO franchise to anyone who needs clean up after a disaster in Commercial Property.
